Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. By using GoVPN, you agree to the terms below.
1. The agreement
These terms form a binding agreement between you and GoVPN ("we", "us"). They apply to the GoVPN mobile apps and website. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use GoVPN. If you're using GoVPN on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GoVPN to:
- Violate laws applicable to you or to the destination network.
- Send spam, malware, or otherwise harm third parties, networks, or systems.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or facilitate piracy.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the GoVPN infrastructure.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Recurring charges renew automatically until you cancel from your store account. See our Refund Policy for details on getting your money back.
5. Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, regional outages, and force majeure events may occasionally affect availability.
6. Intellectual property
The GoVPN name, logo, app, and website are owned by us. You get a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the apps in accordance with these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoVPN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any direct claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and delete the app — your subscription cancellation is handled by your store provider.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
